You are hereby requested to read these terms & conditions carefully as you shall be bound by them. AestheticHoliday shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions without notice or liability to you. You/Client mean the Person/Persons in whose name or on whose behalf the contract is made. We/Us/Company means AestheticHoliday.com. Independent Contractors means any person or organization who is being selected by us to render services to the client.
The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for any personal injury, sickness, accident, death, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused.

There is no charge for booking. However, we reserve the right to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control. Booking does not constitute a contract between you and the company.
We will generally contact you within two working days with a quote as per the type of room, number of rooms, duration of stay and other facilities requested. We suggest that you make payment only after satisfying yourself of the facilities offered. Fifty percent (50 %) of the amount agreed must be paid in advance. There shall be no Contract in force between the Company and the Client until the Company has received non refundable advance. If the number of persons exceeds the accommodations indicated capacity, the owner may refuse the additional clients or collect an extra charge.
Payments can be made online through PayPal or as cash payment in Indian Rupee.
Airline Tickets, VISA and Travel Insurance
All customers must arrange their own return Airline tickets, VISA, Health and Travel Insurance. Nearest hospital is 4km from the facility.
There will be no additional charges for early departure. However the advance will be non-refundable.
Extension of stay:
We cannot guarantee availability of the facility for extension of stay beyond the duration agreed initially. If available 50% non-refundable advance should be paid.
The client is responsible for all damages caused by the client or the client’s invitees, guests, contractors and representatives.
Malfunctioning of amenities:
The management will not be responsible for any unintentional malfunctioning of amenities including but not limited to air conditioner and power backup systems.
It is the responsibility of the client to be present when children are using the pool and to keep children out of the pool area when it is not in use. We are not responsible for any accidents or damages occurring at the pool site.
We may arrange independent contractors for certain services including but not limited to calendar after informing you about the same. However we will not be responsible for any act, omission, default of independent contractor or other person, or of any servant or agent employed by them who maybe engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage, facilities or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
Since the region has tropical climate rich in flora and fauna, you may occasionally find a lizard or spider. They are mostly harmless and are part of the eco-system. The client must personally occupy the apartment for the agreed-upon dates and may not sub-let the apartment under any conditions. The client is expected to be respectful of neighbors, and should not make excessive noise that would disturb other people in the building or neighbors. The client is expected to inform the owners of the Property immediately if any damages occur to the apartment or the objects in the apartment during your stay. The client acknowledges that in the event that the client loses the key to the Property, the client will be responsible for the cost of re-keying the locks. The number of people occupying the apartment at any given time must never exceed the maximum allowed for the apartment. The size of the client’s party will be determined at the time of reservation and included on the Booking Form. We decline all responsibility for any object stolen from the apartment. We suggest that clients confirm coverage of personal items with the client’s domestic insurance carrier.
